Yes, you may be eligible to receive a housing subsidy of up to $30,000 when you buy a new launch Executive Condominium (EC) unit from a property developer, under the CPF Housing Grant for Executive Condominiums (ECs).
At least 1 core applicant or core occupier has to be a first-timer to receive the housing grant. First-timer core applicants and/or occupiers must not have taken any housing subsidy before.
For household with 2 first-timers:
