Can I use my child's CPF payment instead under the parent with children scheme?

For the Parent with Children scheme in Singapore, you cannot use your child's CPF funds to make the down payment or monthly mortgage installments for the HDB flat. The CPF funds that can be used must come from the applicants' or co-applicants' CPF Ordinary Account (OA), which typically includes you and possibly your spouse, but not your child.
When applying for an HDB flat under this scheme, you will need to use your own CPF OA funds or those of your co-applicants to service the loan. Your child's CPF account is reserved for their future needs, such as education, housing, or medical expenses, and cannot be utilized for your current housing loan.
