- The Makena on Meyer Road has had transactions ranging between $1,700 and $1,800 psf. This is another relatively affordable option in the District 15 area.
In other areas along the TEL, prices can vary significantly depending on the location and tenure of the property. However, these developments in District 15 are among the more affordable options for condo transactions along the TEL line over the past year.
