Condo deadline for ABSD

You must pay ABSD within 14 days of buying the second home. If you plan to sell your first property to seek ABSD remission, you need to do so within six months of the second purchase. If the condo is still under development, the sale of your first home must happen within six months of the second property’s TOP or CSC, whichever comes first.
