3. Minimum Occupation Period (MOP):

- Plus Flats: 10 years.
4. Subsidy Recovery upon Resale:
- Prime Flats: Yes.
- Plus Flats: Yes, but with a lower subsidy recovery rate than Prime flats.
5. Renting Out of Whole Flat:
- Prime Flats: Not allowed.
- Plus Flats: Not allowed.
6. Renting Out of Spare Rooms:
