EC project name just reached MOP in 2024

For Executive Condominiums (ECs) that have just reached their Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) in 2024, here are some projects that would be eligible for sale in the open market:

- Hundred Palms Residences: Located at Yio Chu Kang Road, the MOP date is 18 December 2024.
- iNz Residence: Located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5, the MOP date is 30 April 2024.
- NorthWave: Located at Woodlands Avenue 12, the MOP date is 11 February 2024.
- Treasure Crest: Located at Anchorvale Crescent, the MOP date is 14 September 2023, but it would be eligible for sale in the open market from this date onwards.
- The Visionaire: Located at Sembawang Road/Canberra Link, the MOP date is 14 June 2023.
- Parc Life: Located at Sembawang Crescent, the MOP date is 29 March 2023.
- Wandervale: Located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, the MOP date is 14 March 2023.
- Sol Acres: Located at Choa Chu Kang Grove, the MOP dates are 12 March 2023 and 26 April 2023.
- The Criterion: Located at Yishun Street 51, the MOP date is 26 February 2023.
