First condo in Sengkang

The first condominium completed in Sengkang was Compass Heights, which obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2002. It is a 99-year leasehold development located along Sengkang Square and is one of the earliest private residential projects in the town. Compass Heights is well-known for its proximity to Sengkang MRT and Compass One shopping mall.

Other condominiums in Sengkang, such as The Luxurie and La Fiesta, were completed much later, in 2015 and 2016, respectively. These developments followed after the area became more established and offered residents further private housing options in District 19.
