HDB BTO projects launching soon

Build-To-Order (BTO) is a system where HDB launches new flats in specific locations, allowing eligible buyers flexibility in choosing their preferred flats and timing. Flats offered under BTO include 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room, or 3Gen. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have no private property ownership, and apply under the available eligibility schemes (e.g., Fiancé/Fiancée, Families, Singles, etc.). Balloting is then conducted to determine if applications are successful.
