The floor area of landed properties can be determined through the Certificate of Title (CT) or Certified Plans where a survey has been completed. Alternatively, if these are not available, the information could be obtained from the developer or the Option to Purchase (OTP) or Sale and Purchase (S&P) Agreement which the seller had signed with the developer or vendor.
