How do I determine if a strata-titled development is classified as a condo or apartment

A strata-titled development can be recognized as a condominium if it satisfies the size guideline of at least 0.4 hectares and comprises only apartment units that meet URA’s condominium requirements. When a development is on a site below 0.4 hectares or mixes strata landed and apartment units, it is typically regarded as an apartment instead. From 3 April 2012 onward, developments with a combination of strata landed and apartment units no longer qualify for condominium status.
