If you don't already have an account, sign up on the EdgeProp Singapore website. This will allow you to manage your listings and communicate with potential tenants.

Gather Necessary Information

Collect all the details about the room you are renting out, including:

• Location (address and district)
• Type of property (HDB, condo, landed house)
• Room details (size, furniture included, etc.)
• Rental price
• Availability date
• Photos and videos of the room and property
• Nearby amenities (MRT stations, schools, shopping centers)

Fill Out the Listing Form

Go to the "Post a Listing" section on EdgeProp Singapore. Fill out the form with the gathered information, ensuring you include all relevant details to attract potential tenants.

Add Photos and Videos

Upload high-quality photos and videos of the room and the property to showcase its condition and amenities.

Set Your Rental Terms

Specify the rental terms, including the duration of the lease, security deposit, and any other conditions you may have.

Submit Your Listing

Once you have filled out all the necessary information, submit your listing. It will be reviewed and then posted on the EdgeProp Singapore website.

Manage Your Listing

After your listing is live, you can manage it through your account, respond to inquiries, and update the listing as needed.
