You may switch by ending your existing contract with the current estate agent, then appointing a new one. If you have signed an exclusive agreement, check if it has ended or agree to terminate the arrangement before engaging a different agency. Once your existing contract is properly ended, you can formally engage another salesperson or estate agent.
