How do I unsubscribe from a paid service on EdgeProp?

You can cancel a paid EdgeProp Singapore subscription directly from your account if it was self-served, or via support if it was arranged through a sales rep.

Self-serve subscription (for example, Property Edge):
- Log in to your EdgeProp account.
- Go to the Property Edge Subscription tab in your account.
- Click Cancel Subscription, then confirm on the Cancel Property Edge Subscription screen. Note the date when the cancellation takes effect; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
- You can reinstate the subscription before the effective cancellation date by selecting Reinstate Subscription and confirming.

Plans arranged via an EdgeProp sales representative or invoice:
- Reply to your order/invoice email requesting cancellation, or contact EdgeProp support from your registered email with your mobile number and subscription name so termination can be processed at the next renewal.

Tips to avoid unwanted renewals:
- Submit your cancellation before the stated renewal date of your plan.
- If you have multiple add-ons, cancel each one individually in your subscription/billing page.
- Paid periods already started are generally not refundable; cancellation usually applies from the next billing cycle.
