The demand for strata office units is relatively stable. There were 154 transactions in 1H2024, just two deals fewer than the 156 transactions seen in 2H2023. Solitaire on Cecil, a new strata office development on Cecil Road, was first launched for sale in March 2023. In July 2024, it was 100% sold after just 16 months.
