How long is a URA change of use valid for?

A URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) change of use approval that was granted on Temporary Permission is not permanently valid and requires renewal. To continue the existing approved use, you must submit a renewal of use application within three months before the Temporary Permission expires. The renewal application is subject to contextual evaluation and may be approved or disapproved.
