How many brand new executive condominiums (EC) are available in Singapore?

As of September 2025, there are three brand new Executive Condominium (EC) launches available in Singapore for buyers:

- Aurelle Of Tampines (760 units, Tampines Street 62)
- Otto Place (600 units, Plantation Close, Tengah)
- A new EC at Tampines Street 95 (expected 560 units, launching soon)
