How many units of good class bungalows are there in Singapore?

In Singapore, there are approximately 2,800 Good Class Bungalow (GCB) land plots. However, it's important to note that a single plot may have more than one bungalow, and some plots may be subdivided as long as each resulting plot meets the minimum land area requirement of 1,400 square metres. These GCBs are located within 39 designated Good Class Bungalow Areas (GCBAs) as specified by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
