Create an Account

If you haven't already, create an account on EdgeProp Singapore. This will give you access to the platform's listing features.

Gather Necessary Information

Collect all the necessary details about the room you are renting out, including:

• Location (address, district, nearest MRT)
• Type of property (HDB, condo, landed house)
• Room details (size, amenities, furniture provided)
• Rental price and lease terms
• Photos and videos of the room and property
• Any additional amenities or features (e.g., pool, gym, parking)

Log In and Navigate to Listings

Log in to your EdgeProp account and navigate to the section where you can create new listings.

Fill Out the Listing Form

Fill out the listing form with all the gathered information. Ensure you include clear and accurate details to attract potential tenants.

Upload Photos and Videos

Upload high-quality photos and videos of the room and property to showcase its condition and amenities.

Set Rental Terms

Specify the rental price, lease duration, and any other terms or conditions.

Submit the Listing

Once you have filled out all the necessary information, submit the listing. EdgeProp may review your listing before it goes live.

Promote Your Listing

Consider promoting your listing through various channels, such as social media or local community groups, to increase visibility.
