As a foreigner, you can purchase a private condominium or an executive condominium that is more than 10 years old. You may also buy landed property in Sentosa Cove, or landed property elsewhere if you are granted special permission from the Singapore Land Authority. Do note that if you are not from the United States or countries under certain Free Trade Agreements, you will be subject to an Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty of 60%, in addition to the standard Buyer’s Stamp Duty.
