If I have an existing HDB and decide to purchase a new launch condo in Singapore, how do I avoid ABSD?

You must first pay the ABSD when buying the new launch condo. However, if you sell your existing HDB within six months of your condo’s TOP or CSC (whichever is earlier), you can apply for an ABSD remission.
