One Sophia is an architectural statement piece by the French architect Jean Francois Milou from studioMilou and Singapore-based architectural firm ADDP. It is a striking composition of premium offices, dynamic retail spaces, and bespoke residences, merging the Live-Work-Play concept into one iconic development. The project includes a 13-Storey Office + Retail Podium, two 19-Storey residential towers, and a three-level basement car park. Located on the site of the former Peace Centre/Peace Mansion, One Sophia spans a land size of 7,118sqm and features a distinctive curved, suspended garden that creates the illusion of a suspended forest.
