Yes. For Build-To-Order flats, the monthly household income must not exceed:
• S$14,000 for 4-room flats or larger (S$21,000 if purchasing with extended or multi-generation family)
• S$7,000 or S$14,000 for 3-room flats (depending on the project)
• S$7,000 for 99-year 2-room Flexi flats, or S$14,000 for short leases (15 to 45 years)
