Kindly help in the planning of a HDB BTO purchase for 2031

To plan for a HDB BTO purchase in 2031, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years or older
- You do not own any private residential property, be it overseas or locally, and you have not sold any private residential property within the last 30 months
- You have not enjoyed more than 1 housing subsidy, such as any of the following: Bought a flat from HDB, Bought a resale flat with a CPF housing grant, Bought a DBSS flat from a developer, Bought an Executive Condo (EC) from a developer, Received other forms of housing subsidy eg. SERS
- Your monthly household income must not exceed a certain amount:

2-room Flexi flat | $7,000 for 99-year leases, $14,000 for short leases (15 to 45 years)
You will also need to apply for a HDB BTO under any of these:
- Fiance/Fiancee: Suitable for couples who haven’t officially tied the knot. Submission of the certificate of marriage within 3 months after the sale completion date is required. You must be a Singapore Citizen (SC) and include at least 1 other SC or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
- Married couples and/ or parent(s) with child(ren): Suitable for family nucleus that includes 1 SC, and at least 1 other SC/PR. Applicant’s spouse/parents/children can be considered as part of the family nucleus.
- Single Singapore Citizen: Must aged 35 and above. Only 2-room BTO Flexi units are eligible to be applied for. The monthly income ceiling is $7,000.
- Joint Singles: Suitable for a group of 2-4 singles who wish to live together. Must be aged 35 and above. You must be a SC and include at least 1 other co-applicant who is an SC. The average monthly income ceiling is $7,000.
- Non-resident spouse: Suitable for couples where one is a Singapore Citizen and the other is neither a Citizen or a Permanent Resident. The non-resident spouse needs a valid Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass. Must be at least 35 years old. Only eligible to apply for 2-room BTO Flexi units in non-mature estates
- Orphaned siblings: All siblings have to be single and not applying for/ owning/ renting a flat separately. At least one deceased parent must have been a SC or PR. You must be a SC and include at least 1 other SC/PR.
Ensure you meet these criteria and plan your finances accordingly to be eligible for a BTO flat in 2031.
