Build-To-Order (BTO) flats are new public housing sold at subsidized prices. Buyers select their town and preferred location from launches available, and balloting is then conducted to determine eligibility for a flat. BTO flats generally provide flexibility in moving timelines and come in various sizes, such as 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room, and 3Gen flats. To qualify, you must meet age, income, and homeownership requirements.
