New master plan

The latest Master Plan was gazetted on 27th November 2019. It is a statutory plan that guides Singapore’s development over the next 10 to 15 years. Reviewed once every five years, it translates the broad, long-term strategies of the Concept Plan into more detailed plans by specifying permissible land uses and densities.
