Studio Apartments (now replaced by 2-room Flexi flats) require you to be at least 55 years old. If you are single and 33, you would not qualify for these new flats as singles generally need to be 35 or older to buy a 2‑room Flexi unit. You could still consider purchasing an older resale HDB flat if you meet the eligibility guidelines (such as age, family nucleus, property ownership restrictions, and income ceiling).
