If you have just disposed of your Executive Condominium (EC) and plan to purchase a resale HDB flat without using any CPF Housing Grant (excluding the Proximity Housing Grant), you must generally observe a 15-month wait-out period before you can apply. Senior citizens who are aged 55 and above may be exempted from this 15-month period if they intend to purchase a 4-room or smaller flat. This waiting period starts from the date you sell your EC and must be satisfied before submitting an application for your next resale flat.
