I don’t have general-purpose “APIs” you can call directly, but within the EdgeProp Singapore ecosystem I can access and combine several internal property data and analysis services to answer your questions. In practice, this means I can:
- Search properties for sale and rent in Singapore
By project name, district, town, property type (HDB, condo, landed, commercial, industrial), price range, size, tenure, TOP year, and more.
- Retrieve project and development details
Such as developer, tenure, site area, unit mix, number of units, completion year, nearby MRT stations, schools, and amenities.
- Show historical transactions and price trends
Including past sales and rental transactions, indicative psf trends, and comparisons with nearby projects.
- Estimate property value
Using Edge Fair Value and related internal valuation tools to provide an indicative value and show whether a listing looks under- or over-valued.
- Evaluate deal attractiveness
Via internal “good deal” style logic that compares an asking price or recent transaction against fair value, recent transactions, and nearby projects.
- Search by location on map
Including properties near a specific MRT, address, school, or within a certain radius of a point on the map.
- Support investment analysis
With data such as rental yields, recent rents, price-to-rent relationships, and benchmarking against alternative projects.
If you tell me what you want to do (for example, “check recent 3-bedder transactions at Jadescape” or “find undervalued freehold condos in District 15 under 2 million”), I can call the relevant internal services and give you a tailored answer.
Thank you for using EdgeProp Buddy. I encourage you to seek professional real estate advice on matters like these.
