Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD)

Next $180,000: 2% = $3,600
Next $640,000: 3% = $19,200
Remaining $200,000: 4% = $8,000
Total BSD: $32,600
Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD)
