What are the chances of two people buying flats together and getting side-by-side units

If two people are buying flats together, they have the opportunity to choose flats on the same floor or elsewhere in the same project from a pool of pre-identified flats. For cases under the Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS), 3 queue numbers will be given: 1 under MCPS and 2 under the Public Scheme. The 1 MCPS queue number allows both MCPS households to choose their flats together. The 2 Public Scheme queue numbers will be given to each household to choose a flat as a public applicant. Depending on the ballot results, applicants can choose whether to book the flats jointly under the MCPS or as public applicants.
