What are the district numbers in Singapore?

Singapore is divided into 55 planning districts (D1 to D28 for the Central Region, D29 to D40 for the Rest of Central Region, and D41 to D55 for the Outside Central Region) as defined by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
