All occupants must stay for at least three consecutive months, as short-term rentals (daily or weekly) are not allowed. If the property is smaller than 90sqm, the maximum number of unrelated occupants is six. From 22 Jan 2024 until 31 Dec 2026, properties that measure at least 90sqm can temporarily accommodate up to eight individuals.
