What are the specifications for the second type of industrial property?

Business 2 (B2) areas are intended for clean, light, or general industries, warehouses, public utilities, telecommunication uses, and other public installations. Certain special industries like manufacturing industrial machinery, shipbuilding, or repairing may be allowed, but only after evaluation by the relevant authority. Developments permissible under B2 include biotechnology, manufacture of electrical apparatus, vehicle repair and servicing, warehouse, and more. Ancillary uses cannot exceed 40% of the total floor area, and all B2 and ancillary uses are subject to further approval by the competent authority.
