What are the steps to post a room for a condo?

Create an Account

If you don't already have an account, you'll need to register on the EdgeProp website. This will give you access to post listings.

Navigate to the Rental Section

Go to the EdgeProp website and navigate to the "Rent" section. Here, you can select the type of property you are renting out, such as a condo room.

Fill Out the Listing Form

Click on the option to post a new listing. You will be prompted to fill out a form with details about the room, including:

• Location
• Property type (e.g., condo room)
• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Floor area
• Rental price
• Amenities and features
• Photos of the room

Add Additional Details

Provide any additional information that potential renters might find useful, such as the lease duration, available move-in date, and any specific rules or requirements.

Submit the Listing

Once you've filled out all the necessary details, submit the listing. It may take some time for the listing to be reviewed and approved before it goes live on the site.

Manage Your Listing

After your listing is live, you can manage it through your account, including updating details, responding to inquiries, and marking the room as rented once it's taken.
