What does a KEO do?

A Key Executive Officer oversees the proper administration and overall management of an estate agency’s business. They are responsible for supervising salespersons and must remain contactable by both the Council and the agency’s salespersons. They also ensure compliance with necessary regulations and standards, including notifying the Council when the KEO post becomes vacant and appointing a new KEO within the required timeframe.
