If you renounce or lose your Singapore Permanent Residency, you will be required to dispose of your restricted residential properties within 2 years from the date of cessation of Permanent Residency. If you fail to do so, you will be liable to a fine not exceeding $20,000 and/or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years.
