You do not qualify for a new BTO flat because you have sold a private property within the last 30 months. If you wish to buy an HDB unit right now, you may look into purchasing a resale flat under the Public Scheme, as you have not owned any HDB flat before and therefore meet the First-Timer criteria. However, if you prefer a new BTO flat, you must wait out the 30-month period from the date you sold your condominium before applying.
