What is the age of my HDB flat

I can help you find your HDB flat’s age if you share either:
- Your block and unit, or
- Your postal code.

Alternatively, you can check the remaining lease directly using EdgeProp’s HDB lease tool by entering your postal code; from the remaining lease, you can derive the flat’s age as: age = 99 years minus remaining lease for most standard HDB leases.

If you prefer not to share details, you can also:
- Look up your HDB lease commencement year on your HDB resale portal documents or on your flat’s information page, then subtract from the current year to get the age.
