For residential properties purchased between 11 March 2017 and 3 July 2025, the Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) rates are:
• Sold within 1 year of purchase: 12%
• Sold after 1 year, up to 2 years: 8%
• Sold after 2 years, up to 3 years: 4%
• Sold after 3 years (and up to 4 years, or beyond): 0%
