What is the difference between terraced house and cluster house

A terraced house is a unit in a row of at least three dwelling houses joined together by a common boundary. Each house has its own side walls, boundary walls, and its own roof, with its own title. There are two types of terraced houses: Terrace House I (minimum plot size is 150 sq m) and Terrace House II (minimum plot size is 80 sq m).
A cluster house, on the other hand, is a type of landed house with strata titles in non-condominium developments. It is part of a strata landed housing development, which includes strata detached houses (bungalows), strata semi-detached houses, and strata terrace houses. Cluster houses are subject to specific rules, such as a minimum plot size requirement of 1,000 sqm and a maximum site coverage allowed for developments located outside GCBAs is 50%, and within GCBAs is 40%.
