What is the downpayment rate?

If you can get a 75% bank loan for a new launch property, the total downpayment is 25%. Of this 25%, 5% must be paid in cash while the remaining 20% can come from CPF or cash. For an HDB loan, the downpayment rate is 20%, which can be covered using CPF and cash. For other bank loans, it is typically 25%, and at least 5% must be in cash.
