What is the downpayment scheme for an EC

For an Executive Condominium (EC), the downpayment will be a total of 25% if you are able to obtain the maximum of 75% bank loan. Of this 25% downpayment, 5% must be paid in cash, while the remaining 20% can be paid using cash or CPF funds.
