Second-timer applicants who apply for an Executive Condominium (EC) will not need to pay a resale levy similar to those who buy BTO flats. This is applicable for EC land sales launched on or after 9 Dec 2013.
Additionally, after selling an EC in the open market, there is a 30-month waiting period before submitting an application for a new flat from HDB, DBSS from developers, or another EC from developers.
