The Ethnic Integration Policy sets these maximum limits for each ethnic group in HDB neighborhoods and blocks:
• Malay: 22% (neighborhood), 25% (block)
• Chinese: 84% (neighborhood), 87% (block)
• Indians & Others: 12% (neighborhood), 15% (block)
When these limits are reached, no further buyers from the affected ethnic group can purchase flats in that neighborhood or block.
