What is the grant amount for buying a resale HDB

For eligible first-timer families buying a resale flat, the total grant amount can be up to $230,000. This includes:
- Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) of up to $120,000
- CPF Housing Grant of up to $80,000
- Proximity Housing Grant (PHG) of up to $30,000

For eligible first-timer singles buying a resale flat, the total grant amount can be up to $115,000. This includes:
- Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) of up to $60,000
- CPF Housing Grant of up to $40,000
- Proximity Housing Grant (PHG) of up to $15,000
