The legal age to own a property in Singapore is 21 years old. However, the Civil Law Act was amended to lower the contractual legal age from 21 to 18 years, but this does not apply to contracts for the sale, purchase, mortgage, assignment, or settlement of any land or a lease of land for more than 3 years.
