What is the max EC loan tenure

For Executive Condominiums (ECs) in Singapore, the maximum loan tenure is up to 30 years. However, the loan tenure and the age of the borrower at the time of application must not exceed 65 years. Here are the key points:
- Maximum loan tenure: Up to 30 years
- Sum of loan tenure and borrower's age at application: Must not exceed 65 years
Additionally, the Loan-To-Value (LTV) limit for ECs can be 75% if the sum of the loan tenure and the borrower's age does not exceed 65 years. If it exceeds 65 years, the LTV limit drops to 55%.
