The minimum occupation period is 5 years from the date of the Temporary Occupation Permit. During this time, you can only sell your Executive Condominium unit to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, and you must continue to live in the unit. After 5 years, the EC is partially privatised, and from the 11th year onwards, it is fully privatised and may be sold to foreign buyers.
