Under the Orphans Scheme, you and your siblings must be unmarried orphans with at least one deceased parent who was a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. If you are buying a resale flat on your own at age 24, you cannot have another sibling below the age of 35 who is separately buying or owning another HDB flat under the Orphans Scheme, Single Singapore Citizen Scheme, or Joint Singles Scheme.
