The URA Private Residential Price Index tracks overall price movements of private residential properties. The HDB Resale Price Index is used for HDB resale flats. 1Q2009 is adopted as the new base period at 100, and data from 1Q1990 to 3Q2014 are rebased accordingly. From 4Q2014 onward, it is computed using the stratified hedonic regression method. Both URA and HDB release their price statistics quarterly.
